Interview: Jane N’ The Jungle talk upcoming Single ‘Trouble’

What is “Trouble”? It’s Jane N’ The Jungle’s new, stunning and in-your-face rock song out April 9, 2021. These Phoenix, AZ. natives won’t be silenced in any regard and have proven to be a powerhouse in the music world making their mark with “Animal” and “Lucky 7”, which are both still gaining attention.

Jane N’ The Jungle is Jordan White, who leads the way with her intense and memorable vocals, while Brian Dellis belts out his crunchy licks on guitar and “Big B” hits you hard on bass.

“Trouble” was produced by Super Producer/Engineer Chuck Alkazian (Pop Evil, Soundgarden, Tantric) at legendary Pearl Sound Studios (Asking Alexandria, Eminem, Filter). Video was produced by Jim Louvau and Tony Aguilera.

We managed to catch up with the band as they talked about their upcoming single and more!

How much are you looking forward to your new single ‘Trouble’ coming out?

OMG, we can’t wait!! We are so excited for you guys to hear it!! It’s probably our most rock ‘n’ roll song we’ve done and can’t wait to hear your thoughts!

Can you tell something about the single no one else knows?

Hmmmm, we first titled it as Spotlight but thought the name was too cheesy.

What was your favourite moment making this single?

Favorite moment was when we were creating it in the studio all together.
The song sped up quite a bit and there were some musical elements added which was really fun to hear it all come together.

Will you be releasing an EP/Album this year?

That would be amazing! We currently don’t have any plans for an EP/Album this year but things could always change 😉
We are however, really stoked to be releasing a few more singles this year!

Has the pandemic affected your motivation in any way in the last year?

It’s actually been a great time for writing motivation and inspiration. Not having shows though for a year feels so weird to me, I definitely feel like I am rusty.

What are you most looking forward to when you start to perform again in front of live crowds?

I am looking forward to mainly just being able to perform to a live audience again. It will be good to see familiar faces and meet new people that have maybe connected with us this past year but have not seen us perform live.

If you could work with any band or artist on a new song, who would it be and why?

At the moment I would have to say Dave Grohl and the Foo Fighters. Dave inspired my vocals for this song and it would be really cool to collaborate.
