Interview: Dig Two Graves

So how has your latest album/EP gone so far with fans then?

It’s gone over pretty well and we’re proud of what we have accomplished thus far. The support has been really great and we hope people stick around and get excited for the next release. We’re way more stoked on the material we are working on now and excited to share it shortly.

Tell us something about the release no one knows?

Mike wanted to give Track 2 an official name but was vetoed by Josh and Kenny since they were so used to the working title “Track 2”. Track 2 just hits different and stuck so we kept it.

If you could work with any band on a new song, who would it be and why?

100 gecs remix cause they slap. Or a collab with Kero Kero Bonito which would be absolutely powerful.

How has your latest release been received?

So far, pretty good. We dropped a super hot remix of our song Wick produced by edm legend Son of Michel. It’s been out about a month or so and the fans love it.

Can you tell us about the meaning behind the track?

As Son of Michel puts it, “I’m an edm artist and music producer who loves blending genres and making sounds that will hopefully catch the attention of more ears as I continue to create. I felt this song x10 and felt I could give it some Son of Michel dub to match that Dig Two Graves energy. On god. Hell Yeah brother. Gucci smoochy”. I don’t think I need to add anything.

What tours do you have coming up, and what can you tell us about them?

Currently nothing booked because of this stupid virus. When things are more normal we plan to book a lot of shows and potentially some tours. See you there.

What venue are you most looking forward to playing the most, and why?

Anything not in New Jersey. We’re looking to play in more states and explore more venues.

What else can we expect from you in 2020?

We’re looking to release a single from a debut album and potentially a music video. If not this year, early next year. Keep ya eyes peeled.
