Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong has formed a new band involving Rancid’s Tim Armstrong, Billie Joe’s son Joey (who plays in SWMRS) and Tim’s nephew Rey Armstrong.
Armstrongs have recorded a new song If There Was Ever A Time for the Turn It Around: The Story Of East Bay Punk documentary, and all proceeds from the track will go to 924 Gilman – a venue in Berkeley, California.
