TV Death release new single “Up The Hill From Paradise” from debut album ‘Neon Dreamland’ out 21st August

Ahead of the release of their upcoming debut album, Neon Dreamland, (out 21st August on Dogged Sound Records), North East rockers TV Death have released their third and final single, “Up The Hill From Paradise”.

Following the singles, “Propaganda” and “Lease Of Life”,“Up The Hill From Paradise” is an ode to the working class, critiquing the stark disparities between the wealthy elite and those struggling to make ends meet.

Fresh off the back of raucous shows at The Great Escape and a BBC Introducing showcase at The Glasshouse in Gateshead, TV Death will release their debut album Neon Dreamland on 21st August 2025. Reminiscent of the anarchy of bands like The Cramps and The Birthday Party, Neon Dreamland showcases TV Death’s synthesis of post-punk, psychedelic and garage rock. The lyrical landscape delves into a range of compelling themes, demonstrating a perceptiveness for the crumbling world around them and aligning them with the tradition of politically and socially engaged punk and post-punk artists.

Following the release of the record, the quartet will be back on the road including a homecoming headline show at Newcastle’s Cluny 2 in August.
