Revision Season

It’s that time of year folks when schools across the country are neck deep in exams, but fear not as my friends Project Revise are here to cheer you right up. Flying the flag for UK Pop/Skate Punk, they are fighting fit as our time down here (see what I did there ‘smiles in Punk’) is not yet finished.
The trials of recent years may have left us ‘Broken and Bruised’ but we have so much more to accomplish, so much more to do and so much more to say. The engaging chant of ‘we stay, we stay for another day’ is testament to our resilience, our fight to keep a light on despite our darkest moments and thoughts.
Project Revise are Richard Marshall – bass/vocals, David Yarnell – drums and Chris Tamburro – guitar/vocals and they continue to strive and thrive in the grassroots scene. Releasing this clean, crisp and tasty slice of Skate Punk pie, it’s time to come out of the shadows and dig in. The sound is typical of what you’d expect of the genre, stylish, fresh and fun-packed frets that compliment a serious message, it’s easy on the eye and palate, especially if the heavier sound is not for you.
Armed with your skateboard, ‘you have places to be’ a half pipe beckons for us to twist and turn right until the very end, we’ve vowed to stay until then and make things right. I’ll drink to that, salute!
