Multi-GRAMMY Award winner Jason Mraz has released “You Might Like It”, the second track to be lifted from his forthcoming studio album Mystical Magical Rhythmical Radical Ride, available everywhere June 23 through BMG and available for pre-order here.
The album’s joyous lead single “I Feel Like Dancing” is on BBC Radio 2’s A List and is Top 20 on the US Airplay Charts. Earlier this month, Mraz brought an audience to their feet with the first televised performance of “I Feel Like Dancing” on Live with Kelly and Ryan for their post-Oscar show:
Mystical Magical Rhythmical Radical Ride follows 2020’s reggae-influenced Look For The Good, whose title track also made the BBC Radio 2 A-List and saw Mraz perform the track live from his California home where he was accompanied by the BBC Concert Orchestra in London for a very special Radio 2 ‘House Music’ session on Ken Bruce’s show.
Mystical Magical Rhythmical Radical Ride is a return to pop music for Mraz, who reunited with producer Martin Terefe (Coldplay, Train, Mike Posner), his collaborator on We Sing. We Dance. We Steal Things., Mraz’s landmark album featuring “I’m Yours” and “Lucky.”
Mraz recently announced a US summer tour by the same name, running from mid-July to mid-August, full details here. On August 17, the tour will conclude with a one-night-only performance of Mraz and his band with the iconic New York Pops led by Musical Director and Conductor Steven Reineke. The concert, at Forest Hills Stadium in Queens, NY, will feature Mraz performing selections from his two-decade career arranged for the full symphony orchestra.
