Ahead of their forthcoming UK tour, Southampton metallers Our Hollow, Our Home have dropped a video for fan favourite, “Monarch”. An instant standout from their acclaimed album “Burn In The Flood”, the track sees Our Hollow, Our Home push their current sound to the edge and test the waters of a heavier, catchier and more refined approach to their instantly recognisable Metalcore sound and aesthetic.
“Monarch” is a track about a toxic relationship. Vocalist / Guitarist Tobias Young explains “If you’ve ever been in a relationship that was so wrong for you, but you were completely blind to it at that point in time, then this song is for you. Coming to terms with those feelings can make you feel like you’ve been hit by a truck, but the weight that lifts from your shoulders can really be cathartic. Letting go is the fairest thing for you as an individual, and for the other person involved too.”

Our Hollow, Our Home (or OHOH to their fans) are also about to embark on a UK tour. THECITYISOURS, ChuggaBoom and Defences join them on the run.
Vocalist Conor Hallisey says “After 600 days without a single performance and countless setbacks along the way, we will finally be able to bring our latest album ‘Burn In The Flood’ to the stage this September and November across the U.K. Words truly can’t describe the excitement we all feel at the thought of being able to perform live after what feels like an eternity away from where we truly belong. Our fans were a massive inspiration on this album and they have truly served as our lifeblood during these difficult and uncertain times. We can’t wait to be reunited with our Team OHOH family and meet some new faces along the way. See you on the road!
