Brighton-based music company Small Pond are pleased to announce details of their new ‘Lockdown Sessions’ series—a season of live streamed online gigs from their record label roster.
Performances will come from Small Pond Records family members including: Inwards, Wild Cat Strike, Natalie Evans, Bonniesongs, CLT DRP, Brian Campeau.
The sessions will take place every Friday and Saturday throughout April at 8pm GMT, beginning this week on Friday 10th April 2020, over on the Small Pond YouTube and Instagram channels (see below for listings).
Commenting on the news, Small Pond’s Recording Studio Manager and Event Production Manager, Sam Coveney, says: “Every gig ever seems to be cancelled right now, so we’re very pleased to announce that Small Pond will be hosting a series of online gigs while the country is on lockdown, to make sure you can still get your live music fix.”
“Our first gig is going to be a very special one,” continues Coveney, “as Friday 10th April also happens to be Inwards‘ album release date, and he’s going to be bringing us a special hour long set (with visuals!), from his cabin in the Worcestershire countryside.”
Each gig will be a unique experience curated by the hosting artist, bringing different moods, music, and vibes from their homes, to yours.
