Kamino release single ‘Snakes’

Bristol alternative rockets Kamino have announced the surprise release of new single, ‘Snakes’.

Delivered with a raw aggression the quartet are becoming known for, Kamino mix huge guitar riffs with soaring, infectious vocal melodies, atop an onslaught of pounding drums. Weighing in just shy of 3 minutes long, ‘Snakes’ is an all-out belter, its furious musical accompaniment complimented by a cleverly metaphorical lyrical assault, echoing the political apathy increasingly felt by so many. Dropped to fans with just a few days’ advance warning, ‘Snakes’ is Kamino’s first release since 2017 debut EP ‘Aconite’, an equally energetic and mysterious concoction of sound that introduced the world to Kamino’s unique blend of alt- rock. Singles ‘Antidote’ and title-track ‘Aconite’ saw ‘BBC Introducing’ and ‘Amazing Radio’ among early champions of the EP, and with more new music in the pipeline, the stage is set for Kamino to show just how much potential they’ve got in store.
