From The Fields, the team behind the renowned Kendal Calling, unique bluedot festival, inner city festival Off The Record & Live From Jodrell Bankhas announced a one off special charity acoustic solo show with folk favourite Frank Turner at Lancaster Ashton Hall on Friday July 5th 2019.
All of the ticket net proceeds will go to The Morecambe Bay Foodbank, where Frank Turner’s sister, Joanna Young is the Chair of Trustees for the charity. The foodbank distributes emergency food and hygiene items to people experiencing crisis in Morecambe and the surrounding area. In 2018 they gave out 7019 three day food supplies.

Frank Turner on the gig; “I’m excited to be coming back to Lancaster again for another benefit show for the Morecambe Food Bank, where my sister does amazing work helping out those in greatest need in our society. It’ll be great to be back in the North West again as well. See you there!”
Joanna Young on the gig: “We are so delighted that Frank is coming back to support the Morecambe Bay Foodbank again this year. The money raised will allow us to continue our work to provide emergency food to people in crisis in Morecambe Bay and the surrounding area.
