The critically acclaimed, unique Norwegian quartet BLOOD COMMAND have streamed their new single ‘S01E02.Return.Of.The.Arsonist.720p.HDTV.x264’, taken from their forthcoming EP Return Of The Arsonist, due 12th April via Fysisk Format.

In the words of guitarist Ygnve Andersen, the new track “is the next episode to 2011’s ‘Summon The Arsonist'”, from the band’s Hand Us The Alpha Male EP. A conceptual successor which returns to the protagonist of the earlier EP, it is “a gift from us to our most loyal fans who have been with us since the beginning”.
The self-described ‘deathpop’ group are a one-of-a-kind proposition. Hardcore meets metal meets pop meets punk, the band have previously been called ‘one of the world’s best kept secrets’ by Rock Sound, achieved one of the Albums of the Year in Kerrang!, and applauded by Metal Hammer.
The news follows the band’s successful tour support with Rolo Tomassi at the end of 2018, and is a conceptual successor to 2011’s Hand Us The Alphamale EP, specifically the opening track ‘Summon the Arsonists’.
BLOOD COMMAND have shared the stage with Refused, Tragedy, ComebackKid, and Gallows, to name a few, and have played The GreatEscape, 2000trees and Roskilde festivals.
The band will be touring with Skindred later in the year, the tour having been postponed from February.
