After a prolific number of releases Western Australian melodic punk band Alex The Kid are back. Following up their well received full length with a new 4 track 7 Inch that sees the band at the top of their game. Producing fast, melodic and super catchy punk rock with grit, the new release “Straight Outta Luck” is out now on all streaming platforms and on limited edition vinyl through Pee Records. The four tracks are sure to set the mosh pit alight and compel even the most jaded punk rocker to shove their fists in the air and sing along.
Notably Alex the Kid played Triple J’s One Night Stand, have supported and toured with the likes of The Smith Street Band, Dune Rats, The Hard Aches, Hockey Dad, The Front Bottoms and many, many more. The new release seems destined to grow the band further, with a solid number of releases under their belt matched by determined touring, the band is constantly winning new fans over with their high energy electric live shows.
