Lake Acacia release new video ‘Hold Fast’

Lake Acacia are an alt-rock band hailing from Banbury consisting of Adam Budd, Tim Groethe and Joe Homer and have just released the single for ‘Hold Fast’.

The video was shot in Burton Dassett Hills Country Park, close to where the band reside and features ‘An Inspector Calls’ actor Jason Farries. The concept surrounds Jason’s character’s break up from his girlfriend and how he moves through the five stages of grief (denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance) sparked by props throughout the video that act as specific memories of his past relationship.
Having formed in 2016, Lake Acacia’s music has gained exposure from the likes of BBC Introducing with comparisons to Royal Blood, Don Bronco and Muse.

Previous gigs include venues, O2 Academy, Oxford and Birmingham; The Fleece, Bristol; Also Known As, Banbury and The Bullingdon, Oxford.

Expect heavy riffs and delicate three part harmonies.
