Jayce Lewis releases new video; announces headline tour

Prodigal multi-instrumentalist Jayce Lewis has released a live video for the song ‘Million’. Filmed in October 2017 at Brixton Academy whilst on tour with Gary Numan, the song is taken from the album Million (Part 1), released at the end of 2017.

Lewis has also announced a UK headline tour, check him out on one of the following dates:

12.09 Glasgow, Audio
13.09 Nottingham, Rescue Rooms
15.09 London, Borderline
16.09 Birmingham, Academy 3

His first release since second album Nemesis (2014), Million (Part 1) features seven tracks of dark industrial abrasion and sci-fi soundscapes. An undoubtable highlight of the album is a guest performance from Queen’s Brian May on anthemic album closer ‘We Are One’. Having previously collaborated with Roger Taylor, Jayce is among the few elite musicians who can claim to have collaborated with every current member of Queen. Million (Part 1) also features the song ‘Shields’, which has an accompanying video featuring the final screen performance from Star Wars legend and Darth Vader actor David Prowse. Premiered on Metal Hammer / Team Rock, check it out here: https://youtu.be/FnptWZDtdHw

Million is a concept album in two parts. Lewis explains:

‘Right from the beginning, I wanted this to be a concept album…… to take the listener on a committed journey; a series. The subject matter mostly touches on personal experiences, discovery, loss and general life. I think many things within society today has influenced its direction, especially the rapid evolution of technology.’

News on Million (Part 2) will be released soon.
