Liverpool indie/alt four piece band are fresh on the scene and recently released their live EP containing five original songs. The band consists of Tom Moore on vocals and guitar, Ryan Potter on guitar, James Deegan bass and Ben Murray on drums.
Check out the live EP below!
We managed to catch up with the band as they talked about their latest release and more!
So how has the release of your recent live EP gone down with fans so far?
It’s gone well. We’ve had a positive response from our fans and it’s been amazing hearing their support.
Can you tell us something about the release no one else knows?
We actually had all of the songs on the EP written within our first 5-6 weeks as a band while only practicing once a week. You can accomplish a lot in 2 hours a week!
What is your favourite track to play live?
I’d say ‘When The Lights Go Off’. It’s energetic, a fan favourite, and the first song we wrote together as a band.
Will you be playing any shows anytime soon?
We have some gigs in the works at the moment, but nothing we can confirm as of right now. We’re excited to get playing live and plan to do so very soon.
Will you be releasing a studio EP/Album or single this year?
That’s definitely a part of our short term plans. We’re aiming to have studio recordings of our Live EP by the end of the year.
If you could work with any band on a new song who would it be and why?
Sadly in the indie/alternative rock scene, collaboration isn’t very common, but we’d be happy to collaborate with anyone and everyone. We’d gladly be the band to take strides in making it more common for collaboration between bands.
What’s the music scene like in Liverpool at the moment?
There’s a lot of venues, but it can be hard for new artists to get a foot in the door. If you’re playing good music though, then you’ll get gigs.
Where can you see yourselves in five years time?
Hopefully within 5 years we’ll have an album or two out, we’ll be gigging consistently, and will have travelled to some other countries with our music.
