The Sextones announce tour

The Sextones are preparing to venture into new territory, bringing their highly acclaimed Moonlight Vision across the globe with their first extensive European tour. Over the last few years, The Sextones have shared stages with some of the industry’s mainstay artists like Macy Grey, Charles Bradley, Galactic, Monophonics, Ziggy Marley and many others, capturing attention long before their breakthrough debut album, Moonlight Vision.

2017 marked a big year for The Sextones. After spending upwards of 5 years writing and recording their debut album, Moonlight Vision was self-released to critical acclaim. A single day after it’s release and the band landed a record deal with P-Vine Records out of Japan, foreshadowing the band’s intercontinental appeal and drive to take their music around the world. 2017 also saw the band complete two successful national tours, capping the year off by being awarded ‘Best Song in Northern Nevada’ by the Reno Gazette Journal for their hit single, Drunk Off Your Love.

The Sextones’ live show is nothing short of electric. Showcasing their power-house vocal acrobatics and white-knuckle rhythm section, the band is taking their new show overseas. Hot off the release of Moonlight Vision in 2017, The Sextones show no sign of slowing down. Bassist Alex Korostinsky remarks on their new frontier claiming, ‘traveling to and playing shows in Europe has been a huge long-term goal for us. Ever since we started playing music together we all told ourselves that this would happen at some point.’ Countries include: France, Brussels, Germany, Denmark, Netherlands, Switzerland & Austria, dates listed below.
