Gritty Netherlands punk/ska band Bitter Grounds just released the first single – and title track – off their new full-length album Two Sides of (Hope), due to be released late summer 2018. The blazing yet catchy tune is backed by haunting visuals that underscore the uncompromising musical and lyrical attitude of the band, something that has been sorely missing from punk rock for a long time. While most bands these days seem to rehash the same tired slogans over and over again, Bitter Grounds remain independent in the truest sense, and don’t conform to anything or anyone.
