Bowling For Soup To Film Brixton Academy Show For Live DVD

It is now just one day until the biggest UK tour of Bowling For Soup’s almost 25 years together as a band, The Get Happy Tour 2018! With the tour now mere hours away, the band have another huge announcement to make. The tour’s closing show, at London’s Brixton Academy, is set to be the band’s biggest London show of their whole career so far. To celebrate that achievement, and to celebrate the 15th anniversary of their breakthrough album Drunk Enough To Dance, Bowling For Soup will be filming the Brixton Academy show for an upcoming live DVD. Here’s what the band had to say about capturing the Brixton show on camera:

‘We’ve been counting the days down until this tour and to get back to our awesome UK fans. The Brixton show looks set to be our biggest ever, so we thought we would film the party for everyone to be able to enjoy in the future!’

In addition to the announcement of the new live DVD, Bowling For Soup released a brand new music video for their latest single Catalyst last weekend. The video for Catalyst, which is already making serious waves on UK radio, is in keeping with the image of its creators – it is guaranteed to put a smile on your face. The video for Catalyst was directed by none other than Bowling For Soup frontman Jaret Reddick, who teamed up with longtime BFS video producer Jason Crocker to make the video with their new video production venture, BaNed In Texas!
