Only Echoes Remain announce UK tour date

London based instrumental rock group Only Echoes Reman who are set to release their hugely ambitious debut album on 16th June have announced a UK tour with Wozniak.

Recorded at the Abbey Road Institute The Exigent is a powerfully emotional, hugely dynamic and action-packed concept album. While often powerful, with huge sweeping guitars, it can also be delicate and beautiful, with occasional brass and strings, making it feel like you’re listening to the epic soundtrack of a movie that doesn’t yet exist. This is likely thanks to the nature of being a concept album, with each song a different scene from the overarching narrative that flows through the whole record.

A story of excitement and adventure, laced with danger and loss. The story tells of a lone explorer travelling through space constantly battling his conflicting emotions; the loss of the world and people he leaves behind, the gravitas and pressure of the mission he’s on, the all-inspiring awe of the majesty of space, the excitement of passing beyond the realms of human exploration, and the unshakeable feeling of constant danger, never knowing what he may face next.

The Exigent has far grander vision than most debut releases, and it is an even rarer thing when such a record manages to deliver on its promise. Frequently lauded as “one’s to watch”, Only Echoes Remain are set to release a much-anticipated first album that immediately sets itself apart from its peers, and delivers a powerful, emotional and deeply engaging listen from start to finish.
