Live Review: Miss Vincent at Southampton’s Joiners

Miss Vincent wowed their hometown Southampton as they officially launched their new EP Somewhere Else last week. The Joiners crowd were treated with the Valensole and brilliant acoustic singer The Lion And The Wolf both performing a great sets before hand.

Valensole were the kind of band that had elements of Green Day and early My Chemical Romance however they really came into their own style. The Lion and The Wolf sung honestly about his life and proved why he is one of the up and coming acoustic singers in the music scene right now.

With the atmosphere already on top form, it didn’t take much for Miss Vincent to get home crowd going however they respectively done a one minite silence for the victims of the recent Manchester Terror Attack.

The band played such songs as The Lovers and then played a song from EP Deadlock which was nice to see as they don’t often play that EP as much.

Overall is was a great night and showcased some of the best up and coming music acts out their at this moment of time.
