Brightlight City have released the music video for Thieves ahead of it’s release on 22nd July. Thieves is the second release from Brightlight City in 2016 preceded only by You’ve Got Gravity. Once again produced by Matt Hyde they are firmly setting out their stall as ones to watch within the anthemic rock scene. You can watch the video below.
In 2015 they released their Adventures EP, which was produced by Jason Wilson (You Me At Six/Fightstar) and an indicator as to what they were capable of.
Thieves displays the refinements and progressions they’ve made in the last year with particular emphasis on heightening the sense of grandeur.
It’s also been a year that has seen countless shows including their biggest tour to-date throughout September, October and November, with a notable show at Canada’s ‘Envol et Macadam’ festival alongside the likes of Rise Against and Millencolin.
This summer will see Brightlight City performing at Camden Rocks festival and supporting Max Raptor, Dead! and Bad Sign ahead of a new EP release in September.
