Northamptonshire’s very own Maddox Jones has kicked off his largest UK headline tour yet, following a smash-hit collaboration with fellow local legend Great Adamz. Their track “Body and Soul” is an uplifting, electric duet from two rising stars who’ve grown from humble beginnings into exciting music careers in their own right – with the YouTube video surpassing one million views.
Having previously toured with esteemed artists such as Lucy Spraggan and Rebecca Ferguson, Jones has refined his craft as a live performer, captivating audiences with his radiant catalogue of sing-along indie rock anthems. Now, as he continues the journey of his critically acclaimed deluxe album “(Still) Waiting for the World to Turn” – which features standout hits like “21” – he’s bringing his own travelling circus to stages across the nation for a run of headline shows.
The tour roared into life on 7th October at Chapter Arts Centre, Cardiff, supported by Jodie Lauren, Max Sarre, and Greg Ryan. “What a way to start the tour!” the singer shared on Instagram, posting photos of a packed-out venue and exclusive behind-the-scenes moments.
Tomorrow, the tour continues at G Live, Guildford, with support from Luke Bassett and Neveah.
Catch Maddox Jones on the rest of his UK tour, with upcoming stops including The Sunflower Lounge in Birmingham, Cluny 2 in Newcastle, and The Castle Hotel in Manchester.
