| The Rock for People Festival has announced the first three dozen bands, including two headliners, for its 30th anniversary edition. Linkin Park, who are currently enjoying an incredible comeback that is resonating around the world, will head to Park 360 in Hradec Kralove this summer. The organisers of Rock for People, which takes place 11-14th June 2025, have managed to secure the band, who made their triumphant return to the top of the charts with “The Emptiness Machine” on what will be a Saturday night to remember. Festival founder Michal Thomes comments on the announcement: “I never would have thought that we would have the artist who is the most ‘hot name’ globally for the season at Rock for People and we would be one of the first select festivals to get the band. I couldn’t have dreamed up a better way to celebrate Rock for People’s 30th birthday!” The second announced headliner is metal greats Slipknot, who are returning to Hradec Kralove after two years to celebrate 30 years on the scene. Visitors can also look forward to Irish blazing favourites Fontaines D.C., Bristol’s IDLES, the festival’s long-awaited Motionless In White, American rockers Skillet and Swedish metalheads In Flames. Elsewhere the first line up announcement boasts the likes of Spiritbox, Static Dress, House of Protection, Poppy, Jerry Cantrell, Thrice, and many more.
