British black metal pioneers Winterfylleth are set to embark on a UK headline tour this November, celebrating the release of their highly anticipated album, The Imperious Horizon. Joining them will be Canada’s Wormwitch alongside innovative Norwegian progressive black metallers Bizarrekult. `

Guitarist/vocalist C. Naughton commented: “Today we are excited to announce that we will be embarking on a full UK tour in November 2024, to support our new album The Imperious Horizon.
“The tour will comprise a week of shows across many corners of the UK (some of which we have never visited before), and represents our first extensive UK tour in three+ years.
“Coming along for the ride will be the formidable Wormwitch from Canada, who recently released their self-titled 4th album on Profound Lore Records. In addition, we have the excellent, progressive black metallers, Bizarrekult from Norway joining the tour as well. They are excited to bring last year’s Den Tapte Krigen album to British shores for the first time and add another unique flavour to the line-up. We look forward to seeing you all in November. Forthcoming album The Imperious Horizon is set for release on the 13th September via Candlelight / Spinefarm andfeaturesnine new tracks of intense, atmospheric black metal, that further deepen the strength of material in the Winterfylleth arsenal. It’s set to be one of the darkest, enthralling, and most essential records to be released in 2024

To coincide with the release of their new album, Winterfylleth have also announced they’ll be hosting three exclusive in-store events to mark the occasion. The first at Dark Earth Records, in Wallasey (near Liverpool) on Thursday, 12th September (tickets available here), the second at Raven Records in Camden on Friday, 13th September (tickets available here) and finally at Black City Records in Bristol on Saturday 21st September (tickets available here). At all events you’ll be able to meet the band, get a signed copy of vinyl/CD and hear the album played in full for the very first time.
