LASTELLE release epicly expansive new single ‘Changes with the Seasons’

Fast-rising post-hardcore outfit LASTELLE have revealed an epicly expansive new single ‘Changes with the Seasons’ with an accompanying music video. Marrying beauty with brutality, the track deals with season-related mental health issues and coming through the other side of those struggles. As vocalist Adam Rigozzi says “Lyrically, ‘Changes with the Seasons’ discusses my personal struggles with Seasonal Affective Disorder. winter months have always been the hardest time for me – as soon as the sun goes down I struggle to even keep awake which places a huge burden on my mental health. This song is about showing resilience during darker days, waiting for my personal summer, and learning to be present in the positive moments of life.”

‘Changes with the Seasons’ will feature on LASTELLE’s new EP ‘EXIST vol i’, which they’ve just announced will be self-released by the band on 12th September. Expect more epic and impassioned compositions to really tug at the heartstrings. They will celebrate the EP’s birth into this world with a one-off release show at The Black Heart in London on 18th September. Tickets on sale now. The band are also playing the main stage at Rockstadt Extreme Fest in Romania this summer.
