| The announcement of her forthcoming debut EP comes after a busy 2023 for QUEEN LAYA that started off by working with co-writer and producer Harry Acreman (Sun Arcana, Butterfly Hurricane), co-writer Jules Wildblood (Normandie) and mixing engineer Rhys May (Bring Me The Horizon, Muse, Don Broco). The year saw huge national radio support come in from Alex Baker of Kerrang! Radio’s Fresh Blood who commented on QUEEN LAYA’s “intoxicating blend of massive vocals” as well as support from Alyx Holcombe of BBC Radio 1 and placements on Spotify editorial playlists ‘Rock Rotation’ and ‘All New Rock’. |
