The two French-born South African raised sisters otherwise known as The SoapGirls are gearing up to share their pure rock ‘n’ roll masterpiece ‘Breathe,’ the first single to be released on 15 April 2022 from the duo’s upcoming fourth album In My Skin.
The fearless siblings began their music career as child street performers at the tender ages of 8 and 9, roaming the streets of Cape Town singing whilst selling handmade soap for charity, hence earning the name ‘The SoapGirls.’
Packed with rebellious charm and a hypnotic stage presence, The SoapGirls bring lashings of authentic rock attitude and style, with latest single ‘Breathe‘ being the perfect platform to showcase this. Dynamic and cutting instrumentation like a hot shot of caffeine mingles among the sister’s dreamy vocals, marking ‘Breathe‘ as the perfect blend between striking and soft.
A sunshine soaked single which unearths a certain nostalgia, ‘Breathe‘ still boasts The SoapGirls‘ signature style and modern flair.
The Don’t Give A Damn tour kicks off in the UK in April before heading to Europe, followed by the US in July as well as Japan in August.
