Los Angeles, CA-based Industrial Metal band DAWN OF ASHES will release their latest album Scars Of The Broken on 18 March 2022 via Artoffact Records.

The upcoming album focuses on themes surrounding mental health struggles, touching on depression and delivering such sensitive topics through heavy, chaotic soundscapes that are sure to resonate with many.

Mixing distorted sound and harrowing cries, the building instrumentation found across many tracks on the upcoming release rupture into violent vocal roars, striking a nerve through passionate lyrical storytelling.

Kristof Bathory spoke about the meaning and messages which can be found on Scars Of The Broken: “Scars Of the Broken has been one of the most emotionally difficult albums that I have ever created. All of the musical and lyrical content was straight from a place that I have been dealing with for a long time of my life. I poured out every darkest and deepest emotion into every song. Mental health is something that a lot of people struggle with and sometimes it just needs to be heard through music. I hope this album helps those that are struggling.”
