What have you been up to in the last couple of weeks?
We have been mixing the new material and prepping for the new music video shoot.
How was Roxx Revolt and the Velvets formed?
Roxx Revolt was looking for session musicians for her solo project, and it turned into a band.
Do you remember the first song you’ve written together? What was it about?
Coming Down, it is gonna be one of our new releases. It’s about an intoxicated person trying to make rational choices.
What would you like your music to represent?
This is a difficult question, but I believe we want our music to represent raw emotion, soul, unapologetic humanness.
How did you write ‘Supersonica Girl’?
We had the riff and vocal melody, we just kept going, we knew what we wanted out of it.
