Welcome my friends, into the frenzied fraternity that is Enterprise Earth, hop onboard this starship and let them take you to the place ‘Where Dreams Are Broken’. A most vigorous and organ rupturing track that also provides moments of tranquility and blissful reflection. With an eagerly awaited fourth album set for release on 14th January 2022, step forward and become part of ‘The Chosen’. The tribal beat introduction, primitive and authoritative in its nature, signals a mosh call that will resonate for years to come. The song has all the hallmarks of that good old industrial, mechanical sound that we know and love, a fusion of death and thrash with metal at its core. There is a delightful interchange at 1.01, the tension growing a little faster, and the palpability a little sweeter. With guitars gliding heavenwards, and the clear vocals seated beautifully next to the must have growl of the year, our cousins here know how we feel and answer our innermost pleas, in earnest. Dan Watson makes for an enigmatic singer as he crosses all plains on this song, there is something for everybody here. In a recent statement, Dan will not be on tour due to unforeseen circumstances, no further comment has been issued but we wish him well, vocal duties will be in the very capable hands of Travis Worland (The Willow/ Aethere). If Deathcore is not your thing, then give this a spin, I think it will change your mind.
‘I won’t let my dreams be broken’.
Neither should you my friends, neither should you.
