What made you want to become a musician?
When I got into the Film Department of the Aalto university to study, I noticed how music is actually one of the most important aspects of film, and I really became interested in the possibilities of film music.
Which instruments did you play in high school?
Mainly drums (and some keys) on ”Rose tint”(aor) , ”Saw” (trash metal) , ”Pkk” (humour), ”The moist” (rockabilly)
What accomplishments do you see yourself achieving in the next five to 10 years?
According to Billy Idol The best musical ideas are given from above. It would be nice to have some of them- lol
Do you have any hobbies or interests outside of music?
I am 50 years old skateboarder. I skate almost every day.
What strengths do you have that you believe make you a great musician?
Some of my melodies really communicate.
Do you have any weaknesses that you’re actively working to improve on?
My left hand on the piano could be better.
Which instrument is your favourite to play and why?
The piano is my number one instrument, I compose with piano.
What is it about music that makes you feel passionate?
Music is a powerful means of communication
Describe your favourite and least favourite part about being a musician.
Favourite: Composing when you are making something good.
Least favourite: Composing when you come up with nothing
