Last night, YUNGBLUD gave an incredible performance at the MTV European Music Awards, with a special medley of latest track ‘cotton candy’ and ‘strawberry lipstick’, both taken from his upcoming album Weird!, out December 4th via Locomotion/Polydor. The legendary Dave Grohl (Foo Fighters) introduced the raucous performance; “I’ve had the privilege of meeting this next performer…he does one hell of a Foo Fighters cover actually. You’re about to see why I think Rock n Roll is not dead. Ladies and Gentlemen, the unstoppable force…YUNGBLUD!”. The performance saw YUNGBLUD suspended from the ceiling of London’s Roundhouse in angel wings, before landing in the middle of the historic venue with a punch and showcasing a trademark full throttle performance. Wargasm singer Milkie Way joined YUNGBLUD on stage to play bass.
Before hitting the stage, YUNGBLUD won the award for Best Push Artist at the iconic ceremony. He took to Instagram to thank fans:
