- What drew you to the music industry?
I have always been interested in both the fashion and music industry, they both go together!
- Who are you inspired by?
I am inspired by many 80’s artist such as Blondie, The Smith, even the Sex Pistols!
- Please explain your creative process
I work often with my Producer, Mbj, He usually has a starting idea, maybe a loop or a short melody, I will throw in some rough lyrics, bounce pieces around and somehow we have another hit!
- What’s an average day like for you?
My day is busy, always writing lyrics, Melodies and of course a day job!!!
- Is there a hidden meaning in any of your music?
If there is an hidden message, I will not tell… I will say that all of my Music is supposed to be positive and happy! Needed in days new world!
- Do you collaborate with others? What is that process?
I only work with my producer, he knows my style and he approached me as i would not be here if it wasn’t for him spotting me at my day job,
- Please discuss how you interact with and respond to fans
Fans are great! i am always willing to talk to them, I even once was stopped by a toll collector on the Nj Turnpike asking if I was Sarah Sunday! Cool feeling!
- What is your favourite part about this line of work? Your least favourite? Why?
I love dressing up for photo shoots, putting together cloth I thrifted and of course my collection of Makeup gets its use!
- Have you ever dealt with performance anxiety? not a cheeky question hahaa
Anxiety is too common for me to deny that Anxiety plays a part in performing live..
- Tell me what you miss about performing live
I miss reactions from the crowd and especially talking to people at shows after they are over, meet and greet!
- What advice would you have for someone wanting to follow in your footsteps?
Find a producer like my producer, he is driven, experienced and want me to be successful and I know he has my best interest in mind! find someone you can trust!
