So how has your latest album/EP gone so far with fans then?
RENATO: Very well, we can’t complain at all! And soon there will be more coming up – not only new songs, but you can expect a video or two…
Tell us something about the release no one knows?
There’s one part on one of the songs that was played by mistake, but it sounded so cool we decided to leave it that way! Can you figure out which it is?
If you could work with any band on a new song, who would it be and why?
For me it would really be Beast in Black. I absolutely love their sound and how bold their songs are. The modern brutality combined with the 80s vibe is just perfect!
How has your latest release been received?
Ashes was very well received. It’s a darker, more aggressive song than the rest of the EP and it seems that the listeners are pleased to hear it. Its super heavy riffs combined with the symphonic elements and the catchy melody makes it a very remarkable song.
Can you tell us about the meaning behind the track?
Ashes, is the darkest one on the EP, and is about reinventing ourselves. It’s about exorcising those ghosts that live deep in the listener’s soul, and show that all development and improvement happens inside out.
What tours do you have coming up, and what can you tell us about them?
We currently put everything live related on hold until this COVID thing looks a bit better.
What else can we expect from in 2020?
We are putting a lot of work into the new songs, and they’re coming out as a series of 4 EPs containing 3 songs each, with magnificent cover art. We expect to launch one more before the end of this year!
