Japanese heavy heroes Crossfaith have revealed a cut of their recent livestream performance of ‘Endorphin’ today.
Over the weekend Crossfaith opened up “Tokyo Sessions”, a series of one-off livestream concerts featuring leading Japanese artists, recorded locally and broadcast to the world.
Musically and visually frenetic and from start to finish, the band performed cuts from their recent ‘SPECIES EP’ live from Liquidroom Tokyo. Today’s new video captures their performance of ‘Endorphin’ complete with touches from local visual artist group and long-time collaborators with the band, Mes. An archive of the stream is now available to purchase and view for a limited time, until 2pm BST on Tuesday September 22. Purchase tickets to watch HERE.
The new ‘Endorphin’ video makes for a live rendition of the track’s original music video and comes complete with added remix as part of the live arrangement. On the stream, Crossfaith vocalist Ken Koie adds:
“Our very first streamed live ‘OPEN THE DIMENSIONS’ is a big step for us to move forward during the COVID-19 crisis, I know it’s not a proper live show but you can see and feel our raw energy through the screen. All of us are suffering these days and we wanted to give a positive message through our music. Go check out this video and access to full length live while you can. See you on the other side!”
