Naked Next Door Reveal New Track ‘Halo’ With Lyric Video

Indie-rockers NAKED NEXT DOOR have released an upbeat toe-tapper of a new track titled ‘Halo’, along with accompanying music video.

‘Halo’ is the second track to be released from the upcoming EP ‘Swerving Out Wide’, out 21st May via Honest Records, following the release of anthem ‘Save It’ last month.

The track was “written with a person in mind that I have always admired as being strong, and it was almost like my way of saying it doesn’t matter if you don’t get everything right, I’ll be here no matter what,” says frontman Euan Emerton. “I could see they were under a lot of pressure at the time and I always felt they handled it better than I would, and that’s why I wrote the song.”

Naked Next Door hit the studio at the end of 2019 to record their 6-track EP ‘Swerving Out Wide’, which includes five new songs recorded, produced, and mixed by Larry Hibbitt (Seagirls, Bloxx, Nothing But Thieves, etc.), and a stripped down, bare bones version of fan favourite ‘Not Much Of Me’ which was recorded by Euan and Corin from the band, along with Joe Garrett.

Naked Next Door came together three years ago when they were just 17 years old, and quickly became a band of brothers. Their vast sounding full-hearted songs brimming with gritty high-spiritedness have enabled them to rapidly grow their fan base and sell out hometown shows.
