Holding Absence Release brand new single ‘Birdcage’

Fast-rising Welsh post-rock quartet HOLDING ABSENCE have released a music video for new track ‘Birdcage‘. The track and video mark the release of the bands 7” picture disc, which also includes last months single ‘Gravity‘. This limited double a-side release is available exclusively at www.holdingabsence.com

Vocalist Lucas Woodland had the following to say:
“‘Birdcage’ is probably the most poppy track we’ve ever released as HA, and we’re really proud of the outcome. Working with Romesh Dodangoda (Bring Me The Horizon/Twin Atlantic/Don Broco) gave us the great opportunity to refine our sound in a way we’d not yet tried before, so the aim for this track was to make it as catchy and sleek as possible. We’re very happy with the outcome and can’t wait for people to get their hands on the double-sided picture disk!”

Recently, the band also announced that the U.K. tour supporting CREEPER has been postponed to August in light of safety guidelines surrounding COVID-19. All tickets purchased for April will be valid for the new dates. The new dates read as follows:
