VINNIE CARUANA has released new track ‘Alone’, the second to be revealed from his upcoming solo EP ‘Aging Frontman’ (out on 4th October via Big Scary Monsters).
“This song has had many faces,” says Caruana, renowned and long-beloved founding member of The Movielife and I Am The Avalanche. “It was born in a one room studio while I was writing with my friend Alex Fitts. It’s a daydream where I am in the upside down and I’m a stranger to the ones I love. And so I roam.”
The upcoming 6-track EP ‘Aging Frontman’ is his most accomplished and poignant solo release to date, “This is as personal as I’ve ever been with the listener. The people who listen to my music know me. I’ve personally met most of them at shows and we have a relationship. This is just another layer. I’m still looking for answers. We all are. We have to keep finding the beauty in life, no matter how hard life can sometimes make it for us. I want to keep being the best version of myself until I die.”
‘Aging Frontman’ was produced and mixed by Brett Romnes, who also plays drums on the record, and recorded at Barber Shop Studios in New Jersey.
In support of ‘Aging Frontman’, Caruana will also embark on a UK headlining tour in December (full listings below).
