Black Anchors set for new single ‘Heart Attack’

Black Anchors are just about to drop the 2nd single from their new EP DIYFS on 5th July which they recorded earlier this year at Middle Farm Studios (Petrol Girls, Architects, Black Peaks, Black Foxxes)

The band said about the upcoming single:

‘The new single ‘Heart Attack’ is the second single released from our upcoming sophomore EP entitled DIYFS. We recorded at Middle Farm (Architects, Black Foxxes) with producer Colin Brain. The song is an explosion of bitter feelings. A lot of our songs deal with loss and the end of relationships. When people break up we go through a whole spectrum of feelings. One day you’re fine the next your sad the next your angry. And I guess this song is just our way of saying its okay to feel these things and it’s normal to be angry and bitter sometimes.’

Black Anchors are a high energy Punk-Rock trio from the windswept North-Devon coast. With the mindset of standing still is going backwards, this energetic three-piece (4 piece now live) prove that DIY music is alive and kicking!

Black Anchors, which only formed in December 2017, have also achieved the following notable things.
