Arctangent Festival announce new stage & collaboration

ArcTanGent have today announced not only a new stage at this years festival with 16 more bands, but also a beautiful collaboration with Stylus vinyl, and then a special event with BOSS @ Metropolis Studios (London) with Toska and The Physics House Band.

“Surprise, we have a 5th stage! At ATG this year we’ve added a new marquee that will house the ATG merch area, a new bar and, the most exciting bit for me, a brand new stage.” Says James Scarlett “Musically, it will be a bit different to the other stages at the festival, with the bands ranging from stripped-back-acoustic through to industrial-hip-hop via piano-jazz and lots more! There will hopefully be something for everyone and I think people are going to love it.”

The line up for the new stage is:
a-tota-so / Charlie Barnes / Haunt the Woods / Howard James Kenny / Kinlaw + Franco Franco / No Violet / Ogives / Oxygen Thief / Pave / qariaq / Sœur / Steve Strong / Theo / Torsten Jensen / Twin Siblings / VLMV

The festival organisers are asking for suggestions for a name for the new stage over on their Facebook page

ArcTanGent x BOSS @ Metropolis Studios have come together for a special show. This will take place on the 6th July 2019 and will be open to a handful of fans who can enter HERE to be in with a chance to see Toska and The Physics House Band perform an exclusive set.

Stylus Vinyl is a music subscription and gift box service that celebrates the artistry of album making.   To celebrate ArcTanGent’s seventh year, the festival has teamed up with Stylus Vinyl to curate a limited-edition vinyl box set. The idea is to give festival goers, and fans of the band’s featured inside, something to remember the weekend with.

Each box will feature two albums on 12” vinyl – 65daysofstatic, No Man’s Sky: Music For An Infinite Universe and Conjurer, Mire- an exclusive art print by this year’s design Jimbob Isaac, a special edition of the Stylus magazine and four cans of award-winning IPA from music-focused Signature Brew.

“It’s important that ArcTanGent pushes innovative approaches and collaborations to offer our fans something as unique as the line-up we curate. With the ArcTanGent crowd being very merch hungry, it made sense to collaborate with Stylus to produce a limited edition ArcTanGent special box. It’s taken a long time to pull this all together but absolutely worth it. These are available for pre-order from the ArcTanGent website for collection in the merch tent at the festival.” says  Goc O’Callaghan
