Blackpool’s Strange Bones release their explosive video for latest single Vicious today. Blurring the lines between punk and electronic music, the track features on forthcoming EP Blitz Pt 1which drops 5th July. Morel EPs will follow throughout the year.
“Vicious is a reaction to the illusion of control, in a hyper-normal world”, vocalist Bobby explains, “It’s a brutal showcase of what the band is capable of. A demonstration of our vast influences, marking a turning point in the band’s evolution. Strange Bones was never meant to be a punk band or a rock band, the idea was to constantly evolve, with an underlying sonic signature. Bringing in elements of different genres is something we have always done, more subtly up until now. The song takes no prisoners, and reveals Strange Bones to the world as genre shape shifters”
Strange Bones are also pleased to announce a UK headline tour for June, where they’ll be pushing their notoriously energetic live shows to the limit.
