Following their triumphant sold-out UK tour in February – which saw them garlanded with incredible live reviews from the likes of The Guardian (who awarded them 5/5), Kerrang, Record Collector, Classic Rock and more – British glam-rockers The Struts have released the lyric video for their single, ‘In Love With A Camera’.
An unrelenting, foot-stomping attack of infectious riffs and irresistibly sing-along vocals, ‘In Love With A Camera’ finds the band channelling their idiosyncratic blend of earworm-pop sensibility and attitude-drenched rock grit to stadium sized effect. The performance-based lyric video captures Luke, Adam, Jed & Gethin in full flight and stars model Laura Cartier.
The track is the latest to be taken from their recently released second album,YOUNG&DANGEROUS. Released via Polydor/Interscope in October last year, the album has been universally acclaimed on both sides of the Atlantic including The Washington Times, who hailed them “the best rock ‘n’ roll band of the 21st century”.
In just a few years, The Struts have found themselves embraced by some of the greatest icons in rock-and-roll history. Along with supporting The Rolling Stones, The Who and Guns N’ Roses, Dave Grohl has been effusive with praise hailing them as the best band to ever open for Foo Fighters.
The band have recently completed a hugely-talked about tour of Australia, sold out a headline run of dates across Europe and will be performing at Lollapalooza Brazil on April 7th. Through spring and summer they’ll be headlining shows across North America and performing in Germany, Italy and Japan with further UK dates to come later this year.
