Simple Creatures’ “Adrenaline” was released today at 4pm GMT and was be played on Zane Lowe’s WORLD RECORD on Apple Music Beats 1. The pop dancefloor-ready track is the latest reveal from their forthcoming Strange Love EP, due March 29, following previously acclaimed singles “Drug” and “Strange Love.”
In conjunction with this release, the duo has announced a string of intimate U.S. and London shows, all of which sold out in mere minutes due to fan anticipation.
Simple Creatures is a new project that evolved from a long-standing friendship and a musical kinship. Mark Hoppus (blink-182) and Alex Gaskarth (All Time Low)took a beat from their individual bands to have some fun in the studio, and came away with a new band with a new sound. Simple Creatures debut EP, titled StrangeLove, will be released on March 29 on BMG. Their two singles “Strange Love” and “Drug” are currently available as instant-grat tracks with album pre-order purchaseon iTunes, while both songs are streaming across all digital platforms.
