UK Premiere: PVLSAR’s New Single ‘Thunder’

Formed in 2016, PVLSAR brings together a musical universe inspired by Dépêche Mode or M83 with a visual universe inspired by science fiction films. With great sensitivity and finesse, PVLSAR tells whoever will dream of it, a true visual and auditory fable.

The spectator is invited by a futuristic poetry in an ode to sensational humanity, imaged with the refined aesthetics of SF cinema. After “The Days We Remember”, a first album hovering on stages such as Le Jardin du Michel and Les Inouïs Du Printemps de Bourges, among others, the band is preparing its second album with its vaporous shades and eighties sounds: Get ready for the second trip…”

With latest single ‘Thunder’ due out tomorrow (22nd February), they pay tribute to the 80s through a title that sounds like a manga theme, to the imagery of ScFi/action’s 80’s films, the cover of the single is created to pay tribute to film posters like Commando or Cobra and even comes close to manga/film Speed Racer. This heralds a whole new world for PVLSAR on the second album.  Check it out below!
