Don Broco release new single ‘Half Man Half God’

Don Broco, who were recently crowned Best British Artist by Rock Sound magazine, have today released the explosive new single ‘Half Man Half God’ ahead of their UK headline arena tour starting next week. The seven-date tour finishes with a show at London’s SSE Arena Wembley on Saturday 9th February.

Never conforming to the norm and venturing into brand new territories, ‘Half Man Half God’ is a fresh and furious electro-rock banger with choruses that will have the arena crowds bellowing at the top of their lungs. The single premiered on Annie Mac’s Radio 1 show last night.

Lead singer Rob Damiani says, “This is a song about celebrity in the age of the Internet. People don’t just want to admire their idols from afar, they want to know everything about them. Every waking moment, every thought and feeling, every hope and fear. These days we want our celebrities human. We don’t want mystery, we don’t want airbrushing, we want real, we want full access, we want communication, and most importantly we want selfies.

The single is the first new music to be released after their critically acclaimed, Top 5 albumTechnology, which came out almost a year ago to the day and follows what has been a whirlwind year for Don Broco.

In the last 12 months, the band supported Mike Shinoda on a huge U.S tour, played the Warped Tour before a quick pit stop back in the UK for Reading & Leeds Festival where they obliterated the Radio 1 Stage and then on to support 30 Seconds To Mars as well as touring Asia.

Don Broco are currently on a headline tour of Europe before hitting the UK next week, which opens with two sold-out dates at Manchester’s Victoria Warehouse and finishing at London’s SSE Wembley Arena.

The final few remaining tickets for the UK tour are available here.
