London’s NOVACUB have today released their first single, the huge ‘I Still Need It’ via LAB Records.
Whilst the song itself is a catchy guitar driven alt pop track, the message behind it is darker as singer Louise Bartle explains, “I Still Need It is about a failing relationship in my life – feeling someone slip away and questioning my own feelings in the process. There’s a mix of desperation and anger that still takes me back to that moment.”
The band, completed by Russell Lissack, Iona Thomas and Tony Alda will be heading out with Kaiser Chiefs on their UK tour. Dates below:
