After a year spent finely crafting new material in the studio, the time has arrived for Coventry natives Scream Blue Murder to unleash their first new track of 2019. The midlands four piece are delighted to present their brand new single Light It Up, released today (18th January 2019). The video for the track, expertly crafted by one of the UK’s finest rock and metal filmographers Marianne Harris, can be seen below:
| When it comes to Light It Up, here’s SBM drummer Jamie Bloomer on what fans can expect from the single: “Light it Up is something very different from our previous work and I can’t wait to release it. It’s so bouncy, you can sing along and it still retains our heavyness! 2019 is going to be our biggest year yet!” Light It Up is the first release in a year that will see Scream Blue Murder very active, both with new music and extensive touring plans.
