About Waiting for the Day : This song is the first one that was written after the first album ’Shut It Down’ was released in 2016. This is personally one of my favourite songs to play and one of the heaviest/most metal we have. Here is Gaz’s (singer) view on it : ‘It’s so multi-layered. It’s about not seeing eye to eye with someone. Could be on a personal level but also wider – current political landscape with lots of policies I don’t agree with, but also about letting go of small issues in life when there’s so many bigger things to take care of ‘.
