Bad Suns sign to Epitaph Records

Today, Epitaph Records announces the signing of Los Angeles-based band Bad Suns with the release of their instant-classic new single “Away We Go.”  The group’s first new music in over a year, “Away We Go” finds Bad Suns at their best: propulsive and searching, it marks a new era for the ascendant quartet.

Bad Suns have also announced a full slate of 2019 European and U.K, tour dates, on sale Friday, November 16th, at 10am local time, with artist and local pre-sales at 10am local November 14th and 15th, respectively.  Find the full list below and at their site: https://badsuns.com

Formed in Los Angeles County when they were teenagers, Bad Suns have come a long way since catching their first big break from LA radio institution KROQ after dropping a demo off in their mailbox. The band – hailed by NYLON as “hard-driving with heart” – performed on Kimmel and Conan, broke the Top 25 on the Billboard 200, toured with Halsey and The 1975, played Coachella and other marquee festivals, and sold out headlining dates across the globe — all while building a rabid fan-base that’ll cross land, air and sea to see them live.  Their last album, 2016’s Disappear Here, was hailed by Alternative Press as “their most dynamic and introspective work yet,” adding “Bad Suns are merely getting started in their quest for world domination.”

Bad Suns are: Christo Bowman (vocals / guitar), Gavin Bennett (bass), Miles Mores (drums) and Ray Libby (guitar). Stay tuned for more news and tour dates from Bad Suns in the coming year.

About Epitaph Records:

Epitaph Records is an independent music label founded in Los Angeles by Bad Religion guitarist Brett Gurewitz. The label’s early releases from a variety of punk heavyweights ultimately spawned what became known as the ’90s punk explosion. From the beginning, Epitaph’s mission has been to serve the musicians on its diverse and creative roster—an artist-first model, radical twenty years ago, and much-imitated today.
