Pagan release new video for ‘Imitate Me’

Melbourne-based rock’n’roll band PAGAN have today premiered a brand new video for ‘Imitate Me’ over at Visions.de and its now available to watch HERE

“I wrote ‘Imitate Me’ at a time when someone very close to me showed me no support when I needed it the most” says frontwoman Nikki Brumen. She continues, “When I’d accomplished something huge in my life, this person became jealous and competitive instead of sharing my excitement. Along with this theme, ‘Imitate Me’ looks at what it is like to grow up with a parent who has a personality disorder and the constant lingering fear that you could end up like them.
I’ve always loathed the saying ‘imitation is the highest form of flattery’ as I’ve always marched to the beat of my own drum and been proud of my individuality. This song is for anyone who is always true to who they are and don’t let the copycats hold them back.”

Pagan have previously announced their debut shows in UK and Europe starting next month. The shows will see the band kicking off with a free show at London’s Old Blue Last ahead of show across the UK before they head to Europe. Support comes from Phoxjaw on all UK shows.
